SHIPPING 

ISLAND FIN DESIGN ships all orders via the United States Postal Service. Shipping & handling charges are based on the quantity/weight of items purchased.

For all orders, please allow 7 - 14 business days for ISLAND FIN DESIGN to ship your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Domestic order ship times vary 3-4 business days.

For International orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. ISLAND FIN DESIGN is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country. Due to COVID-19, International shipping times have increased dramatically, but we haven’t lost a fin yet!

RETURN POLICY

ISLAND FIN DESIGN accepts merchandise returns or exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your items (excluding Sale items). The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without use or damage, along with item invoice & in its original packaging.

All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases, returns  & exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.

Please note: When shipping your item back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. ISLAND FIN DESIGN is not responsible for lost returns.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All tint and opaque ISLAND FIN DESIGN fins may vary in color due to the use of custom mixed pigments. ISLAND FIN DESIGN attempts to feature all of its products as accurately as we can; colors, prints & styles are displayed as precise as possible. Fins with a print or pattern on them will vary, no two are alike due to where the fin is cut out of the fabric print panel. Each batch of fins comes from a large panel and are cut to utilize the most out of the panel as possible, with minimal waste. What we feature on our website is our best representation of what each print features and we do our best to be as consistent as possible.
